Trails

Self-led trails encourage visitors to explore collections, buildings and landscapes at their own pace. I design engaging routes and challenges that help families discover stories, solve clues and look a little closer, creating memorable experiences for visitors of all ages.

NOTTINGHAM CASTLE

Families were invited to explore Nottingham Castle through a self-led sensory trail inspired by the legend of Robin Hood. Along the way, visitors looked, listened and touched their surroundings, collecting descriptive words to create their own poem, before transforming the trail sheet into a wearable Robin Hood hat.

RAF MUSEUM

An illustrated trail for the RAF Museum's family Easter programme, this encouraged visitors to explore the collection by matching animal names with the aircraft and exhibits they belonged to. A series of animal boards guided families around the museum, rewarding curiosity with a chocolate egg.

WILLIAM MORRIS GALLERY

Artwork created for family trail and accompanying stickers to encourage children to explore the Gallery and Lloyd Park through observation, drawing and playful activities. Inspired by William Morris's love of nature and pattern, I developed a cohesive visual style that was sensitive to Morris's distinctive aesthetic while brining my own contemporary interpretation.
